DEVELOPMENT CAPABILITY
Edgar’s R&D team has successfully combined PMP (Project Management Professional) project philosophy into the IATF16949 quality management system for research and development. Planning is integrated with APQP & P** procedures to reduce risk. Professional research is ensured by full testing equipment. Proper lead-time is cut down by applying the Critical Chain Method.

QUALITY ASSURANCE
Edgar’s quality derives from standardized training of the IPC 620 process, monitored by their own testing equipment, such as 2D-measuing machines, tensile testers, Metallographic analyzers, X-ray perspective instruments, cable testers, bending testers, static test machines, aging test machines, etc., which are controlled by MSA, SPC, process flow charts and control plan procedures. Edgar also has cooperated with a local third-party testing organization for some special tests, like salt spray tests, thermal cycles or some authority tests.
PRODUCTION CAPABILITIES
Edgar is fully equipped for cutting, crimping, soldering, molding, packing and testing, with a well-ordered production line that covers more than 7260 .
The completion process is standardized by IPC 620.There are more than 250 well-trained employees, and the annual sales volume reached more than 16 million USD in these years.
